Herb is the founding pastor of Faith Anglican Church. He has a wide range of ministry experience, having served in South Carolina, Alabama, North Dakota, and Honduras. He has served in Memphis since December of 1997. Herb is passionate about connecting people to the Lord through preaching, teaching, disciple-making, missions, and leading retreats.

Ministry Focus
He emphasizes the development of excellent Youth, Children's, and Christian Education programs. In June 2003, he became the founding pastor and leader of Faith Anglican Church where he continues to serve today. He enjoys preaching, teaching, fostering Christian discipleship, and firmly believes that consistent personal prayer coupled with focused Bible study is vital to the spiritual growth of the individual and the congregation.

In The World
Herb and his family spent two months in the summer of 1992 assisting a missionary family in Honduras. In the summers of 1997 and 2008, he participated in mission trips to the people of the Standing Rock Indian Reservation in North Dakota. During Lent in 1999, he invited Ugandan Archdeacon Jack Katarishangwa and his wife Lydia to West Tennessee to share the Gospel and their witness of faithfulness under persecution in Eastern Africa.

Herb earned a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Management Science from the University of South Carolina in 1989. He also holds a Master in Divinity from the Virginia Theological Seminary and a Doctorate of Ministry from Trinity School for Ministry.

Ministry Beyond the Parish
Herb is Dean of the Mid-South Anglican Convocation (a subset of the Anglican Diocese of the South). He formerly served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Anglican School of Ministry.
